For two premium hospitality brands (Hyllit Hotel** & the former Amory Hotel***), we developed a tailored digital content strategy to elevate both their online and offline presence. We developed targeted social media campaigns both locally and internationally across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, pairing them with curated content calendars and a healthy mix of organic and paid campaigns to enhance engagement and brand recognition.
Our collaboration also included strengthening public relations efforts by securing visibility in key Belgian media outlets, lifestyle magazines, and international travel platforms, positioning the hotels not only as local luxury destinations but as brands with international relevance. From seasonal promotions to B2B and recruitment messaging, every touchpoint was aligned with their brand identity and business goals.
Working closely with the operational team, we co-developed bespoke guest arrangements and B2B packages, ensuring that each campaign aligned with real-time hotel offerings and client needs across seasons and markets. We also implemented mailing campaigns from scratch. Which we designed, written, and scheduled in-house. This led to a significant increase in direct bookings and guest engagement over time.
